Rent payments, autopay, payment history, and maintenance requests all live in the resident portal. If you haven't received your portal invitation yet, contact us and we'll send it over.

Paying rent

Pay by bank transfer or card through the portal, and set up automatic payments so rent is never late. Every payment is recorded to your account instantly — no more checks, stamps, or drop-offs.

Maintenance requests

Submit non-emergency maintenance requests through the portal any time, with photos, and track their status as we schedule the work. For emergencies — fire, flooding, gas smell, no heat in winter — call us directly at (913) 961-3441 or (620) 655-1307.
